Application and further information

After POD program contract has been offered

Fully fill out the contract - leave nothing empty. Return hard copy contract by mail (address above and on contract). Include either the master file(s) or a cover letter explaining how the manuscript is to be conveyed to publisher - include dates if file sharing is date specific. You may wish to send additional promotional information at this time.

You will be contacted with publishing particulars when they have been decided.

Further Information

On the mailed contract,  the applicant's and notary/witness signatures must be "live" in blue or black ink - photographic (copied) signatures will not be accepted.

Always retain at least one "parent copy" of your final work. Even triple redundant systems can fail and acts of God (fire, flood, etc.) do occur: You may be asked for another copy in the future.

Manuscript may be sent by mail (CD or USB), or shared via Google Drive, Dropbox, Box.com, etc. Gregath will provide particulars upon request.

• Portable Document Format (PDF) optimized for  print (no security features enabled) is preferred. If auto-generating PDF format or using extremely high quality scans, please note Gregath may reduce the file (storage  size/dpi) of the manuscript prior to publishing - while retaining quality. Alternate formats possible, inquire about known issues. Hard copy manuscript also accepted - inquire about conversion services and possible reduction of costs.

Gregath reserves the right to choose cover layout and type, within author's contracted restrictions.

Gregath will not alter or abridge completed manuscript layout or content, unless specifically contracted by rights holder.
