By being full service, we think every client is very important. Whether you are an individual author, an underwriter, or a group looking to publish, we offer nearly unlimited email support for free. Additionally, we are just a phone call away. Our office staff is cross trained and most are authors themselves. While there are some premium support services, such as in-home consultation and webmaster tutoring, we offer our basic knowledge free of charge. We feel an informed customer is one who gets their work published exactly as they had in mind.
