All books shipped upon
receipt of paid book order.
Oklahoma residents add 5.75% to total order for sales tax. PayPal orders will automatically do this based on delivery zip code.

Feel free to send an order without a form by mail or to call an order in (Visa
or MasterCard only).
This catalog contains a few kinds of books/items that are denoted by the type of order number they have. If the order number contains a G or R in it (G005, EG202, R002, etc.) the item will be shipped within 5 working days directly from Gregath Company. POD items will be produced on demand and may take 6-9 weeks, before ready for shipment. If other numbers (i.e. AD005, ADAR305, GR205, etc.), they will be drop shipped (usually within 2 weeks and various methods).
Standard shipping & processing fee includes USPS Priority mail - for in stock items (G and R prefix - unless otherwise noted) as well as POD. If interested in discounts, always check the shipping crate on the sales page for special offers. Drop ship (AD and AR prefix - unless otherwise noted) orders carry the same S&H fee, but each actual shipper dictates method.
Special
Small Order S&H (in stock only) is available upon request. Small orders are
anything that can be fit reasonably in a USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope and is a
flat fee of $11.00 -
by request only.
Any listing (or page of listings) marked with this treasure chest qualifies for this special request -
if in stock.
Wholesale, bulk and large-item orders as well as non-continental USA orders may be charged S&H differently.
Unless alternate arrangements are made, all orders are charged a standard shipping & processing fee of $18.00 for first item ($2.00 each additional item).
