Grove
We
thank all visitors to our archive. However, we kept getting contacted
from web visitors thinking that we should be the headquarters for our
2004 venue. It didn't seem to matter how strongly we worded "warnings"
on this web page. Callers would invariably explain that they saw us on
the web and we were that venue. Because of this, in January 2010, we
removed all mention of which Grove venue was used in 2004. We thank
Grove for being such a vibrant city to have several good venues for
meetings.

Accommodations
While Grove has quite a few
additional hotel accommodations then Miami (our original scheduled
venue), this seminar is not "the only game in town". Because of
this, we still suggest making reservations as soon as possible.
