About the Seminar A single day event will focus on writers and their craft with an eye toward selling and self publishing. Textbook for the day (included in pre-registration and registration fees) is "Writing Family History or Genealogy for Pleasure and Profit" by the speakers. The authors on staff at the Gregath Publishing Company would like to help you with a successful publication. Let their 30+ years in the publishing business and numerous books be your guide. Though the seminar will use genealogy and family history books as examples, this seminar can benefit any beginning author – from all genres! The day will begin with getting started and choosing content, progress through writing and publishing, concluding with information about marketing and record keeping. The focus is to provide a wide knowledge base and instill the confidence in authors to begin, follow through and/or complete projects that they haven't been able to complete yet.
