Fonts add life

Sometimes overlooked, good font choices (Copperplate Gothic Bold/14) can add almost as much to a book project as clipart. There are font/typeface books and CD combos you can purchase that give unrestricted license for your work. Old books, periodicals and catalogs may be either public domain or under expired Copyright as well, that are resources for drop caps and initials. Sources of downloadable (copyright free or with permission) fonts abound online.

What do I do now that I have all of my data - each piece in a different file?

Place all the data into one file, or a few main sections (for large books):

If using USPS: Use click and ship with flat rate and you won't have to buy boxes or super accurate scale! Though Click & Ship asks for a weight, a bathroom scale would work as long as you generously round up on the weight. It's all the same to you, as you are paying the flat rate.

Have your tried www.clusty.com yet? It started life as vivisimo - it "pre-sorts" your results by topic. No more wading Miami, Florida results when looking for Miami, Oklahoma or Ohio!
