From economical basic black and white scanning to scanning, filing/organizing and boxing in archival quality materials with multiple copies of digitized files: Current preferred digital output is PDF via Google Drive.

• We can also destroy a bound book to produce a digital file (eBook). Copyright holder permission must be provided stating approval to make digital copies (and retain original pages - if desired), otherwise hard copy will be destroyed.

As we are in the business of assisting historians and archivists, Gregath Company, Inc. offers these services as a way to simplify life and make sharing information easier for everyone. While digitization is a great archival tool, we in no way suggest or endorse getting rid of hard copies. Even with digitization to make your items accessible for every day use, it is highly recommended that hard copy files be retained and/or archived.
