Unfortunately, many old photos, documents and other items "show their age" and are in poor condition. Many a photograph contains scratches, creases or other blemishes that can be removed. Much of today's restoration can be done without altering the historical significance of the photo or item. Good quality photographic representations enhance any project and elevate interest while poor quality can actually be a distraction.
While scrapbooking is enjoying a new high in popularity, many are finding photographs and other memorabilia that, because they were "saved" in a scrapbook, need attention. Sometimes a fresh copy is all it will take to have a quality item for the family archives. However, many times, removing it from the scrapbook causes irreparable damage to the original. Let our restorer make a high quality copy for you while repairing any injury.
Basic restoration work, such as removing some dust or a crack from the background, is available at very reasonable prices. The base fee for restoration, be it photograph or other items starts at $25.00. More specific work, such as the mending of a hole, can usually be accomplished for additional charges - please inquire if interested. Restoration work is always quoted on an individual basis.

We can also "airbrush" away those scars or blemishes, and tone down or remove
glare.

If we don't feel we can make much improvement, there is no charge. (free
