When publishing on the Internet is mentioned, most people think social media or family sites that offer their genealogy free to anyone that finds them. While this is a very simple way of publishing, the author generally doesn't recoup any expense this way. They may not even build profitable relationships with other researchers, due to the "self serve" nature of most websites. Gregath Company, Inc. offers several different services which can restrict access to your book to paying customers only. From one-time only access (the customer needs to download the information at that time), to password encryption and/or hard to find pages "sold" on the honor system, we will help you decide which is best for you. Unless you publish your own web page/site, formatting and publishing on the Internet/Cloud will require manuscript preparation (currently figured at $20.00 per hour) to maximize the readers experience. Depending on what services you select and what resources you already have, costs may run as low as a simple consultation fee ($25.00).

Online publishing services can be to a website that space is provided free of charge, and not further cost is involved - other than initial set up. Services can also be applied to blog or social networking mediums, as well as dedicated eBook services such as Smashwords or Booktango. For an "for profit" author, or individual book, it is always suggested a unique domain be purchased for continual (reoccurring fees) use, in addition to blog and social networking. Gregath is happy to provide support and tutoring if one wishes to learn how to do further updates and changes independently.
