This is not your traditional speaking engagement or compensation! Bi-annual Escape/Retreat features speakers who want to get away from the daily grind, increase their knowledge base, network, and exchange speaking for a discount on their retreat - or a $20.00 stipend per session. Usual presentation expectation is PowerPoint (projector provided), but all styles are welcome. Feel free to submit any number of your topics. We always have fun at these small gatherings. Currently, we will cap classes at no more than 40 (including speakers) and plan to present at least 11 topics. Speaker will provide handout material masters to be included in the sourcebook by mid-February, 2018.

What – 2018 Escape (Retreat) – bi-annual Gregath Retreat
When - Monday and Tuesday - March 26-27, 2018
Where - in rural Northeast Oklahoma
Theme - Genealogy and Family History research and tools to be successful
Honorarium – $20.00 per accepted 1 hour topic (may be used toward any retreat package, but attendance is not mandatory)
Further Compensation – Unlimited referral bonus like in 2016 for other paid attendees: Each paid package registration (new attendees only) that credits speaker as the primary referral will credit the speaker's payment/account $5.00 (even if not attending). There is no limit to referral bonus speakers can collect.
Call Deadline – Arrive by June 1, 2017 or special extension date. If attachments (rather than in-line email or USPS) are your preference, arrange sharing via Google Drive, Dropbox, or box.net.

• anything else speaker cares to provide
