Carol Ellis-Jones is a long-time genealogist, with over twenty-six years of genealogy research experience and experience in Archives/Records field. Carol is currently the Tulsa Genealogical Society VP/Programs serving her second three year term, as well as TGS Facebook Editor. She established her graphic design business, CarolDesigns in 1987, extending to include instruction in Historical Family Photo Albums. Carol was an Adjunct Professor at Tulsa Community College in Tulsa for five years. She has taught at TGS Workshops in various subjects, including Census Records Research. She helps many with researching family history while managing five Facebook Genealogy Groups.  Carol is a member of Tulsa Genealogical Society (TGS), and Oklahoma Historical Society.

Carol has also taught workshops including: Introduction to Genealogy, Census Research in the U.S., Online Family History Research, Remembrance Pages, and more.
