Note if using PayPal to reserve your space, your printed reservation form will need to be received within 8 working days (2 weeks) of PayPal charge, to complete your reservation and guarantee limited availability. Incomplete reservations that do not result in attendance are still only eligible for limited refund. Any completed reservations above space considerations will receive full refund.
Begin with the basic package, and substitute a half day of your choice for your escape - even from genealogy! Monday evening lodging and 5 meals, door prizes, refreshments, welcome bags, standard taxes and gratuity, as much genealogy (with related topics) as you want, and surprises are all included.

Your spa pass allows access to the Nee Spa to lounge in the relaxation area to enjoy quiet time, limited drinks, hot tub, sauna, as well as steam room. Lockers, robes and slippers are provided during your visit - no need to bring them in unless you prefer. Guests with this pass are also allowed to bring in beverages, although no glass allowed around the hot tub. All other optional services are paid for by guest.
Golf Combination Package (one day classes with one 18 hole round of golf - your choice or day) $250
One round of golf at Eagle Creek includes green fees and use of golf cart and shuttling to the course from the main resort complex. Additional rounds and rental clubs are available for guests to purchase. Eagle Creek requires pre-booking of tee-time.
